Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Once your appointment is set, the first step is to begin by securely uploading your document(s) to our RON platform which you will be directed to after scheduling.

Our  system will verify your identity using secure methods through Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA). This ensures the highest level of security and compliance.

You'll  connect with a Notary Public via a secure video call that will be recorded.

The  notary will review your documents, confirm your identity, and witness  your electronic signature.

You will then electronically sign your document(s) within the platform.

The  notary will apply their electronic seal and digital certificate,  completing the notarization process.

Your notarized document(s) will be securely stored and available for download.
